Return Process

- Once the returned item is received, our Quality Assurance team will inspect it.
- Approval for return or exchange will be based on its condition, verified through a product video review.
3. Refund Options:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on your preference.
- Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was delivered.
