  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Proof of Purchase:

  • A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns or exchanges.

Return Process

2. Inspection:

  • Once the returned item is received, our Quality Assurance team will inspect it.
  • Approval for return or exchange will be based on its condition, verified through a product video review.

3. Refund Options:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on your preference.
  • Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was delivered.
